Go Nude products are waterless concentrates. You add the water at home, so you're not paying to ship it.
- Everything, Bathroom & Mould, Glass & Mirror: 50 ml concentrate + 350 ml water in a 400 ml Keeper bottle. A 150 ml concentrate makes 3 bottles, 250 ml makes 5 and 1 L makes 20.
- Floor Wash: 20–25 ml into a bucket of 3–5 L warm water. 1 L makes up to 50 buckets.
- Gentle Laundry Wash: 15–20 ml per load, front or top loader, cold or warm wash. 1 L washes up to 60 loads.
- Garden Air and Evening Walk room sprays: 50 ml + 350 ml distilled water.
Test an inconspicuous area first. Store in a cool, dry place.

Our concentrates are formulated, made and packed in small batches in New South Wales, Australia, using essential oils sourced in Australia. Our pouches are made in Australia and our glass Keeper bottles are made in China.
Most cleaning products are mostly water. We leave it out, so you get more cleaning per pouch with less packaging and lighter shipping.
All of your Go Nude products are made in our Garden HQ in NSW. This is a small batch operations. Your products formulas can take 2-3 business days to produce before shipping.
Domestic Shipping:

- Takes up to 14 business days.
- Shipping rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds are possible for "change-of-mind" unopened and undamaged products. Partial refunds are available for opened or used products. Refund requests must be submitted to care@gonude.com.au.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For faulty items, Go Nude covers initial and return shipping costs.
- For "change-of-mind" returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
