How we compare
We built these comparisons so you don’t have to read every label in the cleaning aisle yourself. We’ve done the homework, laid out the facts side by side, and left the choice with you.
We champion and love so many brands on the shelf that share our values. There’s something for everyone. This page is here for transparency, and to take the headache out of comparing what’s on the shelves.
Every household cares about different things. For some it’s price; for others it’s what’s in the bottle, where it’s made, or how much plastic ends up in the bin. Pick a product, tap what matters to you, and see how each brand’s own public information stacks up. We aim for every comparison to be accurate, current and fair, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. Where another brand does something as well as we do, or better, the table shows it.

Shop Room SpraysWhere our information comes from
All information about other brands is publicly available and was checked on 6 November 2026. It comes only from each brand's own website and product pages; product labels and ingredient lists as shown by the brand or Australian retailers; published safety data sheets; and the Australian Made register and TGA public listings. We haven't tested, bought or lab-analysed other brands' products for these tables. Prices, ingredients, packaging and products change, so this information is subject to change and updates. If a brand has changed something since this date, its own current label and website are the final word.
What the symbols mean
- ✓ The brand publicly states this about the product.
- ✕ The brand's public information shows otherwise (for example, an ingredient on its label or a country of manufacture), or the brand doesn't make that claim. Where it helps, we add a short note saying which.
- Not stated We couldn't find a public statement either way. It doesn't mean the product doesn't have that feature.
- Co-founded The brand was founded by a woman and a man together.
What the rows mean
- Scented only with Australian essential oils: every scent ingredient listed is a named essential oil, and the brand says its oils are Australian. A ✕ with "lists fragrance", "perfume" or "parfum" means the label shows that term, which can cover a blend of ingredients that isn't itemised. It is not a statement about the safety of that product. "Fragrance-free" means the product has no added scent.
- Made without known endocrine disruptors: Go Nude formulates without substances listed as known endocrine disruptors. "Not stated" means the other brand doesn't make this claim publicly; it is not a statement that its product contains them.
- Made in Australia: as stated by the brand or retailer. "Certified Australian Made" means the product appears on the Australian Made register.
- Female founded: as described by the brand or in published interviews. For brands owned by a larger company, we name the owner.
- No SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate): SLS is also listed as sodium dodecyl sulfate. "Not stated" means the label lists surfactants by type only, without naming them.
- Enzymes named on the label: the number of enzymes each brand names in its ingredient list. It counts what's on the label; it is not a measure of how well a product cleans.
- Packaging: as described by each brand. "Per brand" means we're repeating the brand's own description.
- Plastic spray bottles saved: based on each brand's stated yield or refill format.
How we work out prices
- “From” prices. Our range comes in different sizes and formats, so Go Nude prices are shown as “from” prices: the lowest price per 100ml (or per wash for laundry) across our sizes, at full RRP. Each competitor is the most similar product we could find in its range.
- Same basis for everyone. We compare price per 100ml of ready-to-use product, after water is added, so bottle sizes and concentrates are compared fairly. Laundry is compared per wash, because liquids and sheets aren’t measured the same way.
- Regular prices only. Go Nude is shown at full RRP. Other brands are shown at their regular price on their own website, or at a named Australian retailer where the brand doesn't sell direct. We never use sale or promotional prices, ours or theirs.
- Price ranges. Where a product's price varies between Australian retailers, we show the range.
- Concentrates. We divide the price by the total ready-to-use product the brand says it makes, using the brand's own dilution instructions.
- Not included: shipping and subscription discounts. Spray bottles are left out of single products; kit prices include whatever each kit contains.
- Every price is shown, even where another brand costs less. We don’t hide a cheaper option.
Worked example: Go Nude Everything Universal Cleaner Concentrate 1L is $129.99 RRP. Each 50ml of concentrate plus 350ml of water makes one 400ml bottle, so 1L makes 20 × 400ml (8,000ml). $129.99 ÷ 8,000ml × 100 = $1.625, rounded up to $1.63 per 100ml.
What we don't compare
We don't compare how well any product cleans, kills germs or removes mould, and nothing in our tables should be read that way. Every product named is lawfully sold in Australia, and our tables are not a statement about the safety of any of them.
Go Nude's own claims
- Certified Australian Made: our concentrates are blended in small batches in Beecroft, NSW and carry the Australian Made logo under licence. Our glass Keeper bottles are made overseas and are not covered by that claim.
- Australian essential oils: the essential oils in our concentrates are sourced in Australia.
- Made without known endocrine disruptors: we formulate without substances on recognised lists of known or suspected endocrine disruptors.
- Female founded: Go Nude was founded by Claire Buick and Karen Day and is a small Australian business.
- Plastic bottles saved: each 50ml of concentrate refills one 400ml glass Keeper bottle, in place of buying a new plastic spray bottle.
